Fender Mustang
The Fender Mustang is one of the many electric guitars that
are manufactured by the Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. Like the Fender
Jaguar, the Fender Mustang is widely known for being a huge part of the surf
music scene as well as being commonly used by a number of popular alternative
rock bands back in the 1990s. You could say that the Fender mustang is one of the best guitars in the world.

The Fender Mustang was first introduced in 1964 and continues to be popular with guitar enthusiasts. Its solid body type carries between a 22.5 inch and a 24 inch scale length and features two single coil pickups. The body of a Fender Mustang is made of a variety of woods, including: mahogany, basswood, ash, poplar and alder. The neck is commonly made of maple wood, while the fretboard is made of maple or rosewood.
People interested in purchasing a Fender Mustang can have their guitar customized in the following colors: blonde, sonic blue, Dakota red and Daphne blue.
The Fender Mustang was originally designed to fit within the budget of advanced students in need of an economy model. There are three different models of the Mustang: the original Fender Mustang, the Musicmaster II and the Duo-Sonic II. However, the Mustang and the Musicmaster II was discontinued in 1968, although the Fender Mustang went on to be reissued in 1990 because of the demand for vintage electric guitars at that time. The reissued version comes with a 24 inch scale length and is made of poplar, basswood or mahogany. Japan currently manufactures the reissued version of the Fender Mustang.
